MILK------------------------------------- 1 glass
OIL---------------------------------------- 5 tbsp

CHICKEN---------------------------------- ˝ kg (boneless)
SALT--------------------------------------- to taste
RED CHILIES----------------------------- 1 tsp
GINGER----------------------------------- 2 tbsp (chopped)
CORIANDER/CHILIES------------------- 2 tbsp (chopped)
SOYA SAUCE----------------------------- 1 tbsp
AJINOMOTO----------------------------- 1 tsp
TOMATOES------------------------------- 4 ea (chopped)
GARAM MASALA------------------------ ˝ tsp
WATER------------------------------------- ˝ cup
OIL------------------------------------------- 5 tbsp

First prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients (i.e flour, yeast, one egg, sugar, salt, oil and milk). Take a damp cloth and spread over the dough. Keep it in the sun for atleast 2-3 hours. Keep mixing the dough from time to time in between and let it rise. Dough will increase in volume/measure and it will become very soft.

METHOD: Filling
Cook the boneless chicken in ˝ cup of water. When the chicken becomes soft take it out and shred it. Heat the oil in pan and add shredded chicken, ginger, chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilies to it. Cook the chicken for atleast ten minutes. Now add chopped coriander, chillies, garam masala, soya sauce and ajinomoto to the chicken mixture.

METHOD: Baking of Bread
Roll the dough and place the chicken mixture over it. Give the shape of your choice (fish, roll, heart e.t.c) and keep it in greased oven proof tray/dish. Sprinkle few drops of milk first and then brush the beaten egg over it. Bake for 15 minutes and you’re done.
