INGREDIENTS:
RED CHILLI---------------------------------- 6 ea
BELL PEPPERS------------------------------ 3 ea
EGGS----------------------------------------- 2 (whites only)
GINGER-------------------------------------- 1 tbsp
VINEGAR------------------------------------ 1tbsp
SUGAR--------------------------------------- 2 tbsp
PEANUTS------------------------------------ cup
CHICKEN------------------------------------- 1 kg
AJINOMOTO-------------------------------- 1 tbsp
SOYA SAUCE-------------------------------- 2 tbsp
OIL-------------------------------------------- 4 cups

METHOD:
Cut the meat by separating the bones and make slight cuts length wise. Put the meat in pan and add salt, ajinomoto, whites of eggs and 1 tbsp corn starch (mixed in 2tbsp of water). Heat oil in pan and fry peanuts by draining quickly and making it golden and crispy. Take cup of oil in a second pan and add sugar, Add red chilli when sugar gets brown. Now add Shimla mirch (squarely cut pieces). And ginger. Keep the spoon stirring all the time. Add fried meat, vinegar, soya sauce and ajinomoto. Mix 1 tbsp corn starch in 2 tbsp of water. Stop heating after brighteness. Add peanuts before presenting.
