GARAM MASALA (whole) ----------- little of each
RICE--------------------------------------- 875g
FRESH CORIANDER-------------------- few leaves
MINT-------------------------------------- 10-12 leaves
GREEN CHILLIES------------------------ 4 ea
YELLOW FOOD COLOR--------------- 1 pinch
LEMON JUICE--------------------------- 2 ea

Take a pan, put the chicken pieces in it along with ginger, garlic, salt, yogurt, garam masala (grinded), green chilies, coriander, mint leaves, cardamoms and saffron. In another pan fry the onions and mash them. Now put oil and onion with chicken. Now boil rice with salt and garam masala. Strain it and layer it with chicken in a big pan. Put zarda color, juice of 2 lemons and one fried onion. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15-20minutes on low flame. Your Biryani is ready.
