INGRDIENTS:

METHOD:
Mix sugar in cream, add yogurt and beat slightly with an electric beater. Add gelatin to the mixture. Line the base of the dish with chocolate cake and pour the mixture on the top. Refrigerate until set.

CHOCOLATE LEAVES:

WELLDEFINED LEAVES WITH PROPER VEINS IN THEM

METHOD:
Melt chocolate in a small bowl. For that, place,chocolate pieces in a small heatproof bow; then stand thus bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Water. Microwave too can be used for melting chocolate. Use a fine new paint brush to coat the leaves evenly with chocolate. Allow chocolate to set.Apply a second coat if required. When chocolate has completely set carefully take away the leaves.
NOTE: Decorate the pudding with chocolate leaves and a sauce of your own choice
