INGREDIENTS:
DRIED APRICOTS---------------------- 1/2 kg (without seeds)
VANILLA CUSTARD-------------------- 1 bowl
CREAM------------------------------- 1 pkt
SUGAR------------------------------- to taste

METHOD:
Soak apricots for 1 or 2 hours. Put them in a saucepan and pour water on apricots just to cover them. cook on low heat, until the apricots are cooked and form a paste. Let it cool for a while. Put a layer of custard in a dish, then put the apricot paste and put the layer of whipped cream on the top. Decorate it with nuts if you like. Serve Chilled.
