INGREDIENTS:
BUTTER--------------------------------------- 2 oz
GREEN ONION------------------------------ cup
PLAIN FLOUR------------------------------- cup
MILK------------------------------------------ 1 cup
CHEESE--------------------------------------- 1 cup
EXTRA FLOUR------------------------------- cup
PARSELY-------------------------------------- cup (chopped)
OIL--------------------------------------------- for deep fry

METHOD:
First melt butter in a pan. Add green onion and plain flour. Keep the flame low and gradually add milk in it. Keep stirring continuously. Make the thick gravy of it. Mix green onion and crush mozzarella cheese in a bowl and add gravy in it also add extra flour. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper if required. Let it cool down and make small balls. Deep fry it till golden brown.

Note: Serve it with chilli garlic sauce and it will just yummy.
