    Drool LAMB LEG ROAST

    INGREDIENTS:
    LAMB LEG----------------------------- 1 (about 2 kg)
    GARLIC GINGER---------------------- 2 tbsp
    YOGURT-------------------------------- cup
    LEMON JUICE------------------------- 5-4 tbsp
    BLACK PEPPER------------------------1 tsp
    WATER--------------------------------- ltr
    ROSEMARRY-------------------------- 3-4 springs
    CREAM AND FLOUR---------------- 3 tbsp
    MILK----------------------------------- cup
    PEPPER------------------------------- 1-2 pinches
    SALT---------------------------------- to taste
    BUTTER------------------------------ 1 tsp
    OIL------------------------------------ 3-4 tbsp

    METHOD:
    Make ten to twelve deep cuts over fleshy parts. Marinate with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Put the lamb leg in big covered pan along with liter water. Boil it on low flame until half tender (about 40-50 minutes). Take lamb leg out on the tray. Marinate it with cup yogurt, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, pepper, salt and rosemary do also add 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste. Pre-heat oven, put lamb leg on the upper grill of oven, to make the lamb leg brown give it 1520 minutes on 220 degree temperature. Mix butter with cream, milk and flour on very low flame. Add salt and pepper. Boil it and pour this sauce just before serving of lamb leg.
