INGREDIENTS:
- Beef.............................................˝ kg
- Capsicum....................................1/8 kg
- Tomatoes & onion......................to taste
- Cheese........................................˝ pkt
- Milk............................................1/8 cup
- Vinegar.......................................6 tbsp
- Salt & pepper.............................to taste
- Soya sauce..................................4 tbsp
- Oil............................................... 1˝tbsp


METHOD:
Marinate the beef with salt, pepper(black) and soya sauce along with four tbsp. of vinegar and leave it for a day. Tender this beef and dry the water. Cut all the vegetables along with the cheese in a square shape. In blender mix milk, two tbsp. of vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Blend them well. Mix all the vegetables with beef and pour the dressing on the top the dish an hour before serving.
