INGRDIENTS:
PEARS...................................1/2 kg
SUGAR..................................1/2 cup
WATER..................................1/2 cup
LEMON JUICE...................2 tbsp
GELATIN POWDER..........2 tbsp

METHOD:
Slice pears let them cook with sugar and water until tender. Blend with remaining ingredients. Put in freezer until settleable. Take it out, beat it with beater and freeze it again. Whenever required beat it again before serving.
