INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN.................................1 kg (8 pcs)
SALT.....................................1 tsp
WHITE PEPPER........................1 tsp
AJINOMOTO............................1 tsp
CHILLI SAUCE..........................2 tsp

METHOD:
Marinate the chicke in all these ingredients for half an hour then cook it till it gets dry.

INGREDIENTS:BATTER:
FLOUR................................8 tsp
CORN FLOUR.......................2 tbsp
BAKING POWDER..................1/2 tsp
AJINOMOTO........................1/2 tsp
PAPRIKA.............................1/2 tsp
WHITE PEPPER....................1 tsp
CHILLI SAUCE.....................1 tbsp
CORN FLAKES......................1/2 cup
POTATO CHIPS(plain)...........1/2 cup

METHOD:
Mix all these ingredients to prepare a thick paste. Now put the chicken in this paste and refrigerate itfor 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:COATING/FRYING:
CORN FLAKES(crushed)....................1/2 cup
POTATO CHIPS(crushed)..................1/2 cup
OIL..............................................1/2 kg(for deep frying)

METHOD:
Roll the chicken in crushed corn flakes and potato chips and deep fry the chicken. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
