INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN(boiled)..............................1/2 cup (shredded)

BLACKPEPPER.................................1 tsp
CREAM..........................................3ts p

NOTE:Mix it in bowl and prepare white colored mixture.

MAYONNAISE..................................1 cup
HARD BOILED EGGS..........................3 ea
BLACK PEPPER.................................1/2 tsp
SALT.............................................. to taste
FOOD COLOR(yellow)........................1/4 tsp

NOTE:Mix it in a bowl and prepare yellow colored mixture.

MAYONNAISE..................................1/2 cup
CORIANDER....................................as req
MINT.............................................t o taste
GREEN CHILLIES..............................to taste
SALT.............................................t o taste

NOTE:Mix it in a bowl and prepare green colored mixture.

METHOD:

Now take each bread loaf and remove the sides. Start layering with each filling. First you put yellow colored mixture on the piece of bread. Secondly, take another piece of bread; place it on the first layered bread and cover it with white mixture and lastly put another bread piece on it layering it with green mixture and cover it with a bread. Cut the bread from center. Place the sandwiches in a dish and serve with any tomato sauce and French fries.
