    MUTHI KABAB

    INGREDIENTS:
    MEAT(BEAF/MUTTON)........................................... .1kg(minced)
    GREEN CHILLI............................................ ...........4-5
    ONION............................................. ...................1 or 2 (medium size)
    GARLIC AND GINGER............................................ ..2 1/2 tbsp
    BLACK PEPPER............................................ ..........1 tbsp
    RED CHILLI............................................ ..............as required
    CORIANDER......................................... ................1/2 bunch
    CUMIN SEEDS............................................. .........1 tsp
    CRUSHED CORIANDER......................................... ...1 tsp
    EGG............................................... ....................1 ea
    FLOUR............................................. ...................6-7

    METHOD:
    Mix all spices/ingredients with minced meat. Add one sliced onion and green chillies and mix. Add one egg and mix again. Add flour and mix in such a way that all become in one homogeneous minced meat. get an adequate amount of mince in your fist and press it in such a way that it acquires the shape of the fist and then place it in the plate. The size should be adequate niether too large nor too small. Fry the fist shaped mince in the oil. Cut three to four onions and fry till they become golden. Add garlic and ginger in the golden fried onion and fry them. Add six to seven tomatoes and fry them also. Add red chilli,salt and prepare the gravy. Put fried kabab in gravy and wait for some steam action. Place it in the dish and put coriander on it. Now it is ready to be served.
