INGREDIENTS:

CARROTS........................................... ..1 1/2 (chopped)
CABBAGE........................................... ..1/4 (chopped)
CAPSICUM.......................................... .2 tbsp
LEMON JUICE.......................................3 tbsp
FLOUR............................................. ...1 1/2 cup
SOYA SAUCE.......................................2 tbsp
MUSTARD POWDER...............................1 tsp
SALT.............................................. ....to taste
BLACK PEPPER.....................................to taste
CHILLI POWDER...................................1/2 tsp
EGGS.............................................. ...5 ea
BAKING POWDER..................................1/2 tsp
OIL............................................... ....for frying

METHOD:

Cut fish in cubes shape. Batter it by mixing flour, baking powder, lemon juice, soya sauce, mustard powder, salt, pepper powder, eggs and chilli powder. Add chopped vegetables, fish cubes and toss well. deep fry fish cubes in hot oil till golden brown and crispy.

Note: Serve hot with French Fries.
