INGREDIENTS:
MEAT OF"BONG"(beef).....................1/2 kg
BONES..........................................1/4 kg
DRIED GINGER................................1" piece
FENNEL(SAUNF).............................1 1/2 tbsp
ONIONS(mudium)............................3 (thin slices)
GINGER(paste)...............................1 tsp
SALT............................................to taste
CHILLI POWDER..............................to taste
OIL..............................................1 cup
FLOUR..........................................3 tbsp
HOT SPICES..................................1 tsp (grinded)

METHOD:
Put oil in the pan, heat it and add onion and cook for few minutes. Tie up saunf and dried ginger pieces in a cotton cloth and put in the pan. Put meat in the pan and cook it for 3 minutes. Now add ginger paste,salt, chilli and cook again for 3 minutes. Add 4 glasses of water and mix it thoroughly. cover it and cook it on low heat. Let it cook till meat is tender(add more water if needed). Now dissolve flour in little water and pour it in the pan and stir it properly. Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Now add hot spices in it and cook for few minutes. Serve hot, preferably with NAN.
