INGRDIENTS:

FISH 1kg
GREEN CHIILIES 4 ea
GINGER 2" pieces
GARLIC 6 cloves
ONION 1 ea
TOMATO SAUCE 1 tbsp
CHILLI SAUCE 1 tsp
SOYA SAUCE 1 tbsp
LEMON JUICE 1/2 cup
SALT to taste
OIL 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Blend ginger,garlic,green chilli nad onion together without any water. Put the prepared mixture on the fish and add tomato sauce,chilli sauce,few drops of soya sauce,bit of salt and mix all the things well. With the help of a knife make light cuts on the fish for the mixture to marinate. Spread one spoon of oil on the fish. Refrigerate for two to three hours. Put the marinated fish in oven at 350F to bake. Turn the pieces of fish after 20-30 minutes. In case the upper side is not brown, increase the temprature to 400-450F.

NOTE: Keep it in the oven for more 15-20 minutes.
