BUTTER 2 oz
SUGAR 1 oz
CONDENSED MILK 1/2 TIN
GELATIN 2 tbsp
WATER(for gelatin) 1/2 CUP
COCOA POWDER 1 tbsp
METHOD:
CRUSH THE BISCUITS WITH A ROLLING PIN TO MAKE FINE CRUMBS. MELT BUTTER, ADD SUGAR AND BISCUITS IN IT AND MIX WELL. POUR IN A DISH. PRESS THE BASE TO MAKE THE SHAPE OF A BOWL. PUT IT IN THE FREEZER TO CHILL. DISSOLVE GELATIN IN HOT WATER. FIRST BEAT CREAM, GRADUALLY ADD CONDENSED MILK WHEN MIXED ADD COCOA POWDER. YOU CAN USE AN ELECTRIC BEATER. FINALLY, COOL THE GELATIN MIXTURE AND ADD 1 tbsp AT A TIME, FILL THE CRUST WITH THIS MIXTURE. CHILL INTIL SETS IN, THEN DECORATE THIS PUDDING WITH GRATED PLAIN CHOCOLATE AND CHERRIES.
