Ingredients:

  • Pan Fry Fish 1/2 kg
  • Chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Spring Onion 2

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cut spring onion and put in a bowl.
  2. In this bowl add fish, salt, black pepper, vinegar, worcester sauce, ketchup and chilli sauce.
  3. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Bake on 200C for 30 minutes
