Healthy life is a blessing but it happens by skills not by chance. There are some important tips for a healthy life. Every person wants to live healthier and have a long life. For this purpose we need some simple tips to keep in our mind.







1.Simple diet:




Always your diet should be simple in terms of color, quality and freshness and we should not be concerned about food size. This way it should be easier to make healthy choices.




2. Water:



We need to drink about 1.6-2.0 litters of fluid every day to stop us dehydrated. Water helps us to remain fresh and active; it removes waste products and toxins from our body. If we take less water we become tired, low energy and dull. Therefore we always drink water to a minimum level.


3. Eat lots of fruit and vegetable:




If we included at least five different types of vegetables in our meal it is much easier than it sounds.
There could be a glass of unsweetened 100% fruit juice as one portion and vegetable cooked in a dish counts a lot.




4. Exercise:




Regular exercise is very important for our healthy body just like vegetables and fresh fruit in our daily food. Our all body parts remain fit and active when we do regular exercise. Our body defense system also become strong fight against dangerous diseases. Exercise reduces dangers of heart attack and makes our heart healthy.




5. Limit sugar and salt:


Sugar:





Sugar causes health and weight problem. Sugar source is not only candy, cakes, and desserts we eat but large amounts of added sugar can be hidden in foods such as canned soups, breed and vegetables, pasta sauce, margarine, instant mashed potatoes, frozen dinners, fast food, soy sauce, and ketchup. Therefore we should avoid sugar drinks and away from sweet foods and try to eat fruit, papers and natural peanut butter.



Salt:



Salt also cause danger for health. Try to limit one tea (1500 to 23000 mg) spoon salt daily intake. Try your best to buy fresh or frozen vegetables not canned vegetables. Choose low salt food after checking labels.
