    Fresh fruits: Apple, orange, grapefruit, berries, and orange.
    Raw vegetables: Broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, and spinach.
    Green tea and coffee.
    Vegetables leafy vegetables soups.
    Nuts and green beans.
    Fish and Fish oil.
