Sir,

We hope that you have heard about load shedding but sure that you have never faced it. It is a situation when a person can neither sleep nor stay awake.
This issue has completely disturbed our daily routine life. Our request is to pass an order allowing tax free energy alternative and why not government accepts the offer of neighbor countries like China and Iran. Who are giving us electricity at minimum price

This application is the voice of 17 crore Pakistanis.

I am victim of circumstances especialy by the system of justice, as I have been confined in jail upto nine years (since 1999 upto june 2008) in the name of so called proceeding of the baseless, ficticious cases were pending against me, which all of nine were registered against me by the then Brigader Mukhtar Sheikh of ANF Karachi for his ego and satisfaction, not only that, but on his tip and pressure my department (Excise & Taxation Sindh) saked me out from my service as Inspector Excise & Taxation Sindh alongwith an other officer (ETO), and the others were exonorated who bow down before him, in proceedings All the delay tects were played by the prosecution to keep me more and more confined in jail,

• Now I have been released from jail with honour and dignity, with the respectfull vrdicts of all of the courts which speaks very well not noly that I am innocent but I was booked in fallse and fabricatd cases by planting the incriminatings, with malice and corrupt practices of the prosecetion agencies (all the judgment are available in my petitions before this Hon'ble. Supreme court)
• That during my confinement in febuary 2001, in jail I received dismissel notice, despit that all of the cases were pending in courts of law, instantly hired a lawyer who filed an appeal before the Chief Secratry Sindh in time, but finding no responce within three months he filed a petition before the Sindh Services Tribunal, as all the alligations leveled in the order of my dismissal were also the same which all had fallen in the criminal cases of death penalty, it ws also

• double jupardy, so it was lawfully not possible for me not to open my defence before Tribunal until the main courts reched on conclusion, and it was my rightffull policy to keep pending that case until the judgment of the criminel case, but in a biased mood the Ho'ble members of tribunal depending on hostile and biased witnesses and applying double standerd of pick and choose issued two judgment on same date, one for me and the other for the other accused they acquitted him by giving a chance to file a fresh appeal before the chief secratry sindh, subsequently he was reinstated in service with all back benifits while he was atlarge on bail, now he is working as Deputy Director Excise & Taxation Sindh
• But my appeal NO.211/2002 on 26 august,2005 held dismissed on the basis of unrebuted statement of the witnesses who also were witness against both of us in many othrer criminal cases on the same subject cases. especially never i was called before that tribunal nor was produced nor personal hearing was given to me just not to confront that witnesses or to be heared by any member of tribunal, Judgment was also never provided to me in jail nor information was passed.
• The jail record can clearly show that I was an un attanded and ubendent prisoner due to poverty of my family as well for my dignity I never allowed my family to visit me in jail, even to my one and only son of three years age I not to saw him in that worst climat, for which I had been crying for so many years, now saw him aftre my release who had been grown up more then my hight.

• That after I got informed after along time that the appeal has been dismissed by the Tribunal, to challang that I file a poetition in person through jail authorities on 10-12-2005 for leave to appeal before this Honble' SUEPREME COURT OF PAKISTN, then by that jail authorities it was further delayed,

• as one of the then staff clerk MR. LALA ZAFAR (NOW ASP) was demanding RS. 2000/= which could not be paid then it was setteled on 1000/= then it was sent to SUEPREME COURT OF PAKISTN, on 7th March 2006 it also was dismissed un heard onthe basis of limitation act
• Then in june 2008 when I acquitted from the all the last case, subsequently was released after nine years of confinement, during this tenure all of my family srtructure was demolished,and ruined, my ever first priority was to gain the meal on daily basis for my child and younger brother,sisters,and mother.
• Again after arranging new CNIC and challan fee in accordance of rule, which also had taken about few months, within posible bit short of time, in person again I filed a review petition before this Honble' SUEPREME COURT OF PAKISTN, but in March 2009, unfortunatly again it also was held dismissed on the same ground of delay in filing of rview petition by throwing aside merit of the case and reference of case of MR. NAWAZ SHAREEF & OTHERS who were givenup huge delaye and left no exit for remedy for petitioner.
  
• On being disprade of mind, hopeless of all, I filed an application to THE CHIEF MINISTER GOVT.OF SIND, who called for summery from Department , which was positvely in my favour in accordance of justic, and that the Department realised that I have been victimised, the findings of last para were ''keepin in view that the other accused MR. NASIR EFFANDI has been re instated and presently working in MVR. branch, on humenetrain grounds,especialy in the circumstances that not any single case has been proved against him,he may be re instated in service''

• That sumry was dispatched to the Honble' Chief Minister Sindh, through Chief Secratry Sindh, but despite that the said sumry could be send to Chief Minister, it was sent back to Excise & Taxation Department with a note of Chief Secratry office that '' Once the appeal has been declined by Chief Secratry Sindh it furthe has no right to file an appeal to Chief Minister'' ofcorse the demand of bribe was main reason.
• Now I have lost all my chances of remedy to seek the justice without havine a chance of heard on merits of my case for re instantment in service, despite that I was innocent,found a innocent, victimized, betried but now my case is very developed which requires justice, and the record of the courts speaks it self .

Therefore, on humenatrian ground it is my warm and last appeal to your Honour, being chief justice of Pakistan you are the last hope for my future and life or death, resultantly for my family so please help me to find justic as it it is a rightfull case for your kind attention, thankkfull for your kindness
