    اگر آپ کمپیوٹر روزانہ استعمال کرتے ہیں تو

    ASSLAM U ALIKUM

    ہر اس کے لیے جو روزانہ کمپیوٹر استعمال کرتا ہے

    ایک شخص جوکمپیوٹر کی بورڈ اور مائوس استعمال کرتے وقت غلط طریقہ استعمال کرتا تھاحال ہی میں اس کی سرجری ہوئی ہے

    اگر آپ مائوس اور کی بورڈ صحیح استعمال نہیں کرتے براہ مہربانی صحیح طریقہ جو نیچے دیا گیا ہے استعمال کریں تاکہ کسی بڑی پریشانی سے (اللہ نہ کرے) بچ سکیں

    Kashif Thank You for this excellent post on the safe use of computer keyboard and the mouse, especially for those who use their PC for prolonged periods. The diagrams illustrates the right posture for a harmless and convinient use of the mouse/keyboard.

    However, what I found funny with the pictures is that this 'ShaKhs' has very long nails for a ShaKhs. Have a laugh Bro . . .

    Ye Sub jhooot He.... dunya mia to bahot se log computer use karte he... or ye to key bord ke button he... button ko dafane se koe sargery wagera nahe hota....

    log es pic per apne website chalate he..
    That is wrong ....
    Anyway aap ne jo neche right pic share keye he.. wo belkul sahi he...

    ghalat use kernay say hoti hai brother,

    wesay kashif ap nay ye jo thread post kia hai aur likha hai keh haal mein hi operate kia gia hai, aisa bil kul nahi hai, ye at least 6 saal purani pics hain.
