MS in Health Informatics, Program by COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad

Today i received following email from Dr. Shafaat A. Khan Advisor/Incharge of Health Informatics Unit, The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Islamabad.

The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Islamabad has recently launched ?MS in Health Informatics? program for Physicians, Dental Surgeons, Pharmacists / Clinical Psychologists. It is a research based graduate program leading to PhD in Health Informatics.

The admissions for the Fall 2009 semester are open. Health Informatics is a new career globally and wide job placement are available in the country. The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology has introduced Health Informatics program for the first time in Pakistan.

Job placements for Health Informatics graduates are available in NGO?s, public and private hospitals and multinational health care companies at national and international level.
